Player Development Products, LLC (PDP) is the manufacturer of the highest quality SNAG® products. The company is committed to the performance and durability on all of its products. We have a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase on all of our products that are found to be defective in materials and workmanship.

We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any such product within 90 days of purchase. If the product cannot be repaired or is no longer produced, the defective product will be replaced with a comparable product. Any product sent for repairs or replacement beyond the 90 day warranty period will be subject to a fee. All defective products must be returned with evidence of purchase to PDP at the following address:

Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase on all of our products that you have received and is either not what you had ordered or you simply no longer wish to keep it. Here is our policy.

• If the product is in new unused condition within 30 days of the sale we will refund the purchase price. Please return it at your expense to the address above. Note - We will deduct the exact cost of our original shipping from the refund.
• If the product is the wrong item due to OUR ordering error, please contact us at info@snaggolf.com or call (866) 505-8874 and we will send for a UPS pick-up and ship the correct item to you, both at our expense.
• If the product is the wrong item due to YOUR ordering error, please return the unused item with 30 days at your expense and we will replace it with the right item.
• We will need all paperwork of the original invoice, dates and evidence of purchase to return or refund the purchase price of any item.

We cannot return or refund equipment that is past 30 days from the original sale date and we cannot return or refund equipment purchases that have been used, damaged or is not in 'New' condition.
